What is the return policy? 

With everything handmade to order, all sales are FINAL. No exceptions. 

 

I placed my order. How long will it take to ship out?

Pieces that are labeled "Ready to ship" will be scheduled for USPS pick up within 2-3 business days. Products that are made to order will have a turnaround time of 3-6 weeks, depending on the type of piece. Once shipped, delivery time is dependent on the carrier. Refer to your tracking information for estimated delivery. 

 

What are the sustainability practices Knotty Fiberz upholds?

I source secondhand materials and practice mindful buying to combat overconsumption. When possible, I use yarns already in my stock in an effort to be intentional with my creative processes.
